Best guess is Lagos. They have an annual Lagos Fashion Week which showcases designs from Nigeria and Africa.
Ques: What do fashion designers wear?
Designers wear simple clothes usually all black or white with jeans:
Simple tshirt(white/black), casual black shoes for men and women/women don’t wear high heels because of their work(they need to move fast), and simple classic jeans or black pants.
Designers make trends but they always dress classic. And you can see it when the runway ends.

Samuel Ejiwunmi: I currently work at the University of Lagos, I studied for my first and second degree at the institution.
Studying at the University of Lagos gives an individual the opportunity to explore both intellectually and socially.
The prime location of the institution, being at the heart of Lagos, Nigeria – gives students the opportunity to interact with the larger society while studying.
In a country like Nigeria where electricity supply is a major problem, the University boasts of fairly good supply of electricity. The academic staff strength in most faculties is just above average.
