Pro Kabaddi League
In 2019, Neeraj Narwal made his Pro Kabaddi League debut with season 7, where he was bought by the Kabaddi team Dabang Delhi KC for Rs 6 lakh. He was bought as a substitute player for squad rotation, but he managed to score 12 raid points and 1 tackle point from 4 matches. In the season, he became the first substitute player for scoring highest in the PKL history. The following season, he was retained by the Dabang Delhi KC for Rs 10.86 lakh. He picked up 45 raid points from 19 matches in season 8. In season 9, he was bought by Bengaluru Bulls for Rs 43 lakh. In the league, he scored more than 100 raid points.
He was retained by Bengaluru Bulls for season 10 as well.

Apart from Pro Kabaddi League, he has participated in several Kabaddi championships and has emerged victorious in several of them. In 2019, he participated in AIIU, held at the G. N. D University, Amritsar. The following year, he took part in the 46th Junior National Kabaddi Championship, held in Rohtak.
