About the Scholarship
An exceptional postgraduate research student at the Faculty of Medicine and Health at the University of Sydney will be supported by the Postgraduate Research Scholarship in Clinical Neuroscience of Addiction.
Benefits of the University of Sydney PhD Scholarship
This scholarship is valued at $35,950 per annum and is tenable for 3.5 years.
Requirements for the Scholarship
1. Have an unconditional offer of admission to undertake PhD on a full-time basis at the Faculty of Medicine and Health.
2. Hold an Honors degree (First Class) or a First Class Honors Equivalent Degree or a Master’s degree preferably in psychology, neuroscience or pharmacology.

3. Have Experience in the mental health or drug and alcohol sector or related fields, such as psychology, pharmacology, neuroscience, medicine, pharmacology, biostatistics or computer modelling (desirable)
4. Be willing to undertake research in the Clinical Neuroscience of Addiction under the supervision of Professor Kirsten Morley and Professor Paul Haber.
