About the Scholarship
In Victoria, Australia, there is a public institution called Deakin University. The institution, which was established in 1974, bears Alfred Deakin’s name, who served as Australia’s second prime minister.
As well as the online Cloud Campus, its primary campuses are in the Melbourne neighborhood of Burwood, Geelong Waurn Ponds, Warrnambool, Geelong Waterfront, and Melbourne.
The den Hollander Scholarship supports Deakin University students in realizing their goals, whether they are changing an industry, carrying out ground-breaking research, or giving back to the community.

This scholarship offers cash payments up to $8000 over one year.

Requirements for the Den Hollander Scholarship
1. Be a domestic student.
2. Be a current Deakin University student enrolled full-time in your second or third year of your first undergraduate bachelor’s degree in Trimester 1 2022.
3. Have a minimum Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 70.
4. Be able to demonstrate you were educated at a public high school in Australia.
5. Be of the first generation in your family to attend university.
6. Be able to show an outstanding commitment to supporting our communities.
