University of British Columbia Scholars Program is now open for applications from suitably qualified students. It is a fully funded scholarship for all students sponsored by the University of British Columbia.
About the Scholarship
The Institution of British Columbia (UBC) is a hub for research, teaching, and learning on a worldwide scale.
It has recently been named the most international university in North America and consistently ranks among the top 20 public universities in the world.
Each year, UBC grants about 50 scholarships across all four categories.
When you submit your application, you won’t get to choose which award you want to get; instead, our team will automatically consider you for all the awards for which you qualify.

Costs of tuition, fees and living costs, minus the financial contribution the student and their family can make annually towards these costs.

Requirements for Scholars Program
1. You must be an international student who will be studying in Canada on a Canadian study permit.
2. You must be entering UBC from a recognized secondary school, or transferring from your first year at a post-secondary college or other university.
3. You must have graduated from high school no earlier than one year prior to the academic year you are applying to. For example, applicants for 2022 must have graduated from high school no earlier than 2022.
4. You must be applying for your first undergraduate degree.
5. You must demonstrate superior academic achievement (achieve all As or equivalent standard).
6. You must demonstrate a level of financial need that would otherwise prevent you from pursuing a UBC degree.
