He Whenua Taurikura Postgraduate Scholarships is now open for applications from suitably qualified students. It is a fully funded scholarship for all students sponsored by Victoria University of Wellington.

The scholarships have been created to encourage and support postgraduate research on countering and preventing terrorism and violent extremism.
These scholarships are open to students enrolling or planning to enrol at any New Zealand university or tertiary institute especially the .
Benefits of He Whenua Taurikura Scholarships
1. He Whenua Taurikura promotes and supports research that contributes to understanding, countering and preventing violent extremism and research that contributes to improving social cohesion and community safety.
2. Master’s scholarships are valued at up to $15,000 each and are normally awarded for periods of up to one year.
