3. Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE)
The University was established in 2011 and started with 282 pioneer students. FUOTUOKE is a federal government-owned university located in Bayelsa state. It has 5 faculties with over 15 departments.
4. University of Calabar (UNICAL)
