This report takes me view that industrial work experiences scheme (SIWES) is a very vital programme which every student that it concern must undergo to have knowledge of what they have being studying in school. This report describes the introduction to marketing department and account opening documentation. This report also introduced what I do in my industrial training like Selling Skills, Personal Loan, Enterprise Traders Product (ETP), Sales Preparation and
Research opening the call and giving the clients full attention and customer service excellence. This helps in no small to way expose me to main marketing work and also it widen my scope of knowledge in sense met my course is very versatile and can be applied in many areas like in marketing, computer etc and so, many not mentioned here. This scheme help student in their various field to know or have knowledge or picture of what the have been studying in school which enable the student to practicalize the theoretical aspect of his or her profession. This scheme contributes in the small way to prepare the student
for any future engagement, exposing him to atmosphere of versatility and adoption .
OBJECTIVE OF SIWES
– Prepare students for the work situation they are likely to meet after graduation.
– Exposes student to work methods and techniques in handling equipment and machinery that may not available in the universities.
– Make the transaction from the university to the world of work easier
– Provide students with opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in real work situation
– Enterprise Bank Limited and the bank was established on August 7th 2011 it was formally Spring Bank.
THEY ARE THREE DEPARTMENTS IN ENTERPRISE BANK
– Operation department operational department is a department that control the cash inflow and cash outflow and also customers services.
– Marketing department is a department that marketing or selling all the bank product they also helps in meeting customers expectation in financial gap
– Internal control unity department: This is where quality control is done. It is their responsibility see that their transaction been done in the bank is bring checked properly.
This department ensure complete adherence to bank powers and CBN rules and regulations
