SITUATION REPORT
Sequel to our survey to the aforementioned institution we discovered that the sites of the institution are at a virgin land with its diffident fair size. As said of the virgin nature of the area, the topography of some of the site has to do with water fall area, up land and other rugged areas which can give account of erosion.
JOB SIZES: Also as mentioned in the situation report, the institution is situated on about average of ten acres which some are occupied with blocks of different sizes and other part lying undeveloped, though all will enjoy different degrees of the same service in this course. As you can see in appendix 1 attached.
