I would like to welcome you warmly to the Ogun State Institute of Technology (OGITECH) Igbesa. It was formerly known as Gateway Polytechnic Igbesa. And it is one of the nation’s leading tertiary institutions.
Also, OGITECH is proud of its thriving and dynamic basic and advanced technology programmes. They enhance man and state’s capacity building. Also, it is a globalisation compliant institution.

OGITECH Portal: National Diploma Requirements for OGITECH
The requirements are Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSSC). Or West Africa School Certificate (WASC) or GCE Ordinary level, NECO, NABTEB or their equivalent.
And this is with at least a credit pass in English and Mathematics.
Also, with credit in three (3) other subjects related to the course of study from:
1. Economics.
2. Account.
3. Geography.
4. Government.
5. Physics.
6. Chemistry.
7. Biology/Agric.
8. Commerce.
9. Technical Drawing and Further Mathematics.
Candidates are expected to come along with their birth certificate and State of origin certificate.
Higher National Diploma Requirements for OGITECH
However, they expect prospective candidates to have completed their National Diploma programmes from reputable Polytechnics. And this should be with a grade level minimum of Lower Credit and one (1) year of industrial training.
With a grade level Pass, candidates are expected to have two (2) years of industrial training.

Candidates are expected to also present:
1. Letter of Attestation to be addressed to the Registrar.
2. Also, letter of one Year Industrial Training.
3. Additionally, Certificate of Origin.
4. Furthermore, Academic Transcripts.
