Jim Dodson Law is delighted to welcome applications for a special scholarship open to traumatic brain injury victims (TBIs) and Their Caregivers.
Eligible candidates should be U.S citizens currently pursuing undergraduate degree with minimum 2.75 of GPA. The winner will be granted $1,500.
Scholarship Description
Over 1.3 million Americans fall victim to traumatic brain injuries (TBIs) every year. For many brain injury victims, once effortless day-to-day tasks are now a challenge.

As a result, some TBI sufferers have had to become more reliant on family members for everyday life.
While striving to overcome these challenges, many brain injury victims and their families also dream of pursuing or to continue pursuing a college education, but the significant financial burden of injury-related medical bills can make this lifelong goal seem impossible.

Eligibility and Criteria
To be eligible, candidates must satisfy the given criteria as follow:
1. Have a 2.75 GPA.
2. Currently enrolled in a four year college either part time or full time.
3. While academic success need not be a determining factor, each applicant must demonstrate a capacity for success in their chosen field.

If you are a caregiver or a family member of someone who has a brain injury, please write your essay on how it has impacted you and/or your family’s life.
