Ph.D. Fellowship at the Center for Quantum Devices: The University of Copenhagen is offering a fellowship to implement silicon-on-insulator Spin qubits to study in Denmark. Danish applicants are eligible to apply for this fellowship.

’s goal is to carry out research of the highest quality, offering research-based education at the highest academic level and disseminating new and traditional knowledge to the scientific community as to the surrounding community.

Applicants whose native language is not English must document proficiency in English by having passed one of the recognized language tests.

Information Ph.D. Fellowship at the Center for Quantum Devices

Course Level: Fellowship is available for pursuing Ph.D. program.

Study Subject: Fellowship is awarded at the Center for Quantum Devices to implement silicon-on-insulator Spin qubits.

Scholarship Award: The position is covered by the Memorandum on Job Structure for Academic Staff. Terms of appointment and payment accord to the agreement between the Ministry of Finance and The Danish Confederation of Professional Associations on Academics in the State. For students with a Master’s Degree, the starting salary is currently at a minimum of DKK 305,291 including an annual supplement (+ pension up to DKK 42,171). Negotiation for a salary supplement is possible.

Eligibility

The position is available for a 3-year period for applicants holding a relevant master’s degree, or for a 4-year period for applicants with a Bachelor’s degree and sufficient coursework for this position. At the time of commencement, applicants for the 4-year period must have approximately one year of study remaining before graduating from their MSc program.

Nationality: Danish applicants are eligible to apply for this fellowship.
