Scholarships and Grants

Adelphi will work with you to ensure you receive the most aid and scholarship consideration possible.

Scholarships and grants are types of aid that do not have to be repaid. They may take the form of Adelphi University scholarships or need-based grants, federal or state grants, or outside scholarships. Application deadlines may apply to certain types of aid.

Adelphi scholarships are renewable each year for students who meet certain performance criteria. Adelphi needs-based grants are renewable for students who meet the FAFSA filing priority deadline of January 1 each year and who continue to demonstrate financial need.

Eligible students are automatically considered for most Adelphi scholarships upon acceptance. Our grants are awarded to students based on financial need as determined by filing the FAFSA and other defined criteria. Except where noted, no additional application is required.

  • New York Noyce STEAM Pipeline Program

Through scholarship support, the New York Noyce STEAM Pipeline Program at Adelphi/NSF Robert Noyce Program is designed to encourage individuals with a background in science and/or trained in STEM fields to consider a teaching career in science education. Students will receive $26,000 of tuition support for the 13-month graduate program.
