ADA University Azerbaijan is now accepting applications from suitably qualified students into their ADA University in Azerbaijan Fellowship for students. It is a fully-funded scholarship for all students.
About ADA University in Azerbaijan Fellowship
ADA University was established under the decree dated January 13th, 2014, by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The University is a state higher education institution engaged in the delivery of undergraduate and graduate degree programs besides the advancement of research.
ADA University has grown to include four colleges and has increased the number of programs it provides. It is a state-run higher education institution that offers undergraduate and graduates degree programs and research opportunities.

Entrance Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Applicants should first be admitted into ADA University.
2. Previous work experience in the public sector and/or commitment to serve in the public sector is valued most.
3. Incoming undergraduate fellows are eligible to receive a 100 per cent tuition waiver for the first year of their studies.
4. Incoming graduate fellows are eligible to receive a 100 per cent tuition waiver for the first semester of their studies.
To keep the fellowship, the eligibility criteria are:
5. Returning undergraduate and graduate fellows must maintain a full load of coursework and accumulate a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.80 or higher to receive a 100 per cent tuition waiver for the next semester of study.
6. Returning undergraduate and graduate fellows must maintain a full load of coursework and accumulate a Grade Point Average (GPA) between 3.50 and 3.79 to receive a 50 per cent tuition waiver for the next semester of study.
7. International fellows whose GPA is 3.50 and above are eligible to receive a housing allowance. International fellows whose GPA falls below 3.50 are required to cover their own housing.
