Job Title 

Personal Assistant

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• First, devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
• Secondly, occasionally, working with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
• Thirdly, screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
• Meeting with clients and executive staffs at all levels of seniority.
• Then, organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
• Dealing with incoming email, post and often corresponding on behalf of the manager.
• In addition, carrying out background research and presenting findings.
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
• And lastly, organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.

Qualification

• First, minimum of SSCE
• Then, only residents of Lagos state should apply (residents of or around preferably).
• No work experience is required.
• And applicants must be male.

Financial Advisor

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Offers insights about product potentials.
• Then, makes cold calls and develops base for a long term source of clients by using referrals or special interest groups to compile list of prospects.
• Conduct meetings, Make sales presentations.
• Identify new leads, performing follow up duties and booking sales appointments.
• In addition, obtain underwriting approval by completing application for coverage and promoting products.
• Attending meetings, training sessions and seminars, Develop sales strategies and Providing feedback to managers.
• However, provides death benefits by delivering policy proceeds to beneficiaries.
• And develops a coordinated protection plan by calculating and quoting rates for immediate coverage action and long-term implementation.

Requirements

• Degree – qualified in any field of study
