Job Description
1. Know contract terms and assignment obligations.
2. Respond to client and internal requests within the expected timeframe.
3. Get complete and clear assignment instructions from the client.
4. Support the team to ensure the deployment of competent technical representatives for all assignments.
5. Get reports from Technical Specialists within 24 hours of assignment completion.
6. Review all reports for accuracy and completeness, referring to the Technical experts when in doubt.
7. Maintain Project experience records
8. Follow up on clients to ensure invoices are paid promptly and ensure efficient query resolution.
9. Keep the client informed of any changes in circumstances.
10. Resolve disputes quickly and efficiently with eyes for details.
11. Send weekly report to the head of the department
12. Support team on tender requirements
13. Any other duties that may be assigned.
Job Requirements
At least a University Degree or it’s equivalent in any field
2 – 3 years relevant experience
