  1. Register prospective Suppliers and Companies to Published status;
  2. Send the log-in details as well as instructions on how to fill and complete the JQS online Questionnaire;
  3. Verify Supplier submitted Questionnaire and provide further assistance by supplier support, if necessary;
  4. Review and process renewal requests and Product code addition requests of Suppliers.
  5. Provide help desk to Suppliers on registration matters; and
  6. Write a report on Suppliers Published

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of B.Sc or HND with good customer service skills/training with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oil and Gas sector

  1. Carry out desktop pre-qualification of registered Suppliers/Companies
  2. Carry out onsite visits of registered Suppliers/Companies in collaboration with industry stakeholders to get them Pre-qualified and Categorized;
  3. Undertake biennial on-site visits of prequalified Suppliers/Companies to ascertain their current capabilities and status in collaboration with stakeholders.
  4. Undertake desktop review and on-site verification (if required) for pre-qualified
  5. Suppliers/Companies that have acquired new competence (ies).
  6. Carry out desktop pre-qualification and onsite visit for Suppliers as required based on additional products/services requests;
  7. Collaborate with NNPC staff on the review of Product Code(s) addition management
  8. Write a report on each audit
  9. Carry out Desktop and Facility Audits
  10. Write a report on an audit conducted; and
  11. Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual management reports

Job Requirement

  1. Certified lead auditor in ISO 18001  or ISO 9001 with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oil and Gas audit.

  1. Search for Suppliers/Contractors that have undergone desktop pre-qualification on the JQS database.
  2. In conjunction with NNPC Personnel and as directed shall generate an onsite audit schedule for Suppliers / Contractors on a FIFO basis.
  3. Send requirements for the onsite audit schedule 2 weeks before the scheduled date.
  4. Write a report on schedules done indicating Suppliers that are ready for the onsite visit or otherwise.
