AN APPRAISAL OF THE RIGHT OF PRISONER IN NIGERIA LEGAL SYSTEM

ABSTRACT

This research work is titled, “an appraisal of the rights of prisoners in Nigerian legal system” This doctrinal research religion the relevant review of other literatures as it’s methodology to achieve the main objective of determining the various challenges militating against smooth enforcement of prisoners rights with a view of the made quacy of those  rights. The author of this work employed analytical research have hindered in no small way prison adequate enjoyment of prisons rights. The author of the work further recommended various ways out of the predicament particularly a human prison system as the way forward.
