In order to be considered for scholarships at Augustana, students must complete the free Application for Admission and Scholarship. Scholarships must be maintained by full-time students in good academic standing. Scholarships awarded to students based on their admissions application. It is not necessary to submit any other application.
Augustana Academic Scholarships
- On the basis of academic achievement, awarded to new first-year students and continuing students.
- The amount available is $17,000 to $23,000 per year, renewable
- The application form is the Application for Admission and Scholarships. November 1 is the first priority deadline.
Alumni Legacy Award
- Awarded to full-time, degree-seeking students whose parent, grandparent, sibling, or spouse earned a bachelor’s or master’s degree from Augustana.
- The amount available is $1,000 per year, renewable
- Application form: Verify your eligibility with the Office of Admission or Financial Aid.
Family Tuition Grant
- Applicants must be full-time Augustana students with an immediate family member enrolled full-time.
- If an immediate family member enrolls full-time, $500 is available per year

Augustana Transfer Scholarship
- Students who transfer to Augustana from another institution after completing one semester of course work are eligible to receive this award.
- The amount available is $12,000 to $22,000 per year

Phi Theta Kappa Honor Scholarship
- Incoming transfer students who are members of Phi Theta Kappa.
- The amount available is $2,000 per year, renewable
- Application form: Application for Admission and Scholarships. Please indicate on your application that you are a member of Phi Theta Kappa at your current university.
Augustana Grant
- Applicants must be high school graduates with financial need.
- The amount available varies, it is renewable
- Application form: Application for Admission and Scholarships. Must file the FAFSA.
Diversity Scholarship
- Students of color who are full-time domestic students.
- The amount available is $1,000, renewable every year

Global Leaders Scholarship
- Awarded to international students based on their academic credentials and citizenship.
- The amount available varies, it is renewable
