BEEF ANNOUNCES 8000 SCHOLARSHIPS FOR MATRIC TO MS LEVEL 2022

Balochistan Education Endowment Fund BEEF announces 8000+ scholarships for Matric, DAE, Inter, BS, MBBS, MA, MSc, and MS students. A variety of scholarships are available from BEEF, including the Provincial Open Merit Scholarship (POMS)/District Open Merit Scholarships (DOMS) and Institutional Open Merit Scholarships (IOMS). Scholarships are also available for students with a Special Quota. BEEF Scholarship applications are due by December 31, 2021.

Students must have earned a minimum of 60% marks or a minimum CGPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 for all categories above. The minimum grade point average of students applying for the scholarship for extremely vulnerable individuals is 45%. A minimum of 75% attendance is required to be eligible for BEEF Scholarships.

Eligibility Criteria for BEEF scholarships

  • A minimum of 60% on your last exam or a 3.0 GPA out of 4.0
  • A minimum of 45% marks or a 2.5 GPA out of 4.0 is required for the Special Quota Scholarship for extremely vulnerable students
  • The student must be enrolled in a full-time institution
  • Students who improve their grades/divisions, those who fail a subject, and those who pass with grace marks are not eligible to apply for the BEEF scholarship
  • Applicants who have received any other scholarship are also ineligible

BEEF has prepared a single form for all categories for the convenience of the students. The students are advised to carefully read the instructions given on the back of the form and fill it out accordingly. Forms that are incomplete will not be accepted. In case of provision of fake documents, not only the scholarship will be discontinued, but legal action may also be taken.

How to apply for BEEF Scholarship

Postal applications are only accepted for scholarships in categories A and B (DOMS and IOMS). To the head of the institution/facilitator are provided the application forms and instructions. Along with the scholarship application form, the following documents must be submitted:

  • An attested copy of the DMC/Semester/Class result from the head of the institute or Focal Person
  • A copy of the student’s CNIC/B-form or smart card
  • A copy of the CNIC of the father/guardian
  • Local Domicile Copy
  • If applicable, a certificate of disability
  • Payslips of children of BS-16 employees
  • (Death certificate of father for orphans, religion certificate for minorities, etc.)
