1. Complete The Ds-160 Form Online! (Also Known As The Non-immigrant Visa Application)

You don’t need to provide the Form DS-7002! This is for Internships only. Not you. You will need to have the documents listed below are available to complete the DS160:

4. Name and address of the camp you will work at
5. Travel itinerary (If you have already made travel arrangements.)
6. Dates of your last five visits or trips to the United States.
7. Your resume or CV
You may be required to provide information about your current and previous education and work history.
All answers must be in English. Most questions are mandatory and must be answered in the spaces provided.
You may leave spaces blank when the questions are marked “optional.” You may answer a question with “Does Not Apply,” when that question does not apply to you; however, all other questions must be answered.
The system will not allow you to apply with any mandatory questions left unanswered.

2. Find the Embassy Nearest to You!
Visit the U.S. Embassy’s website and select the country and the embassy nearest to you!

4. Schedule Your Visa Appointment!
If you weren’t able to schedule your appointment at the end of step 3, you’ll need to contact your embassy directly. Review the embassy information, contact them directly and they will help you schedule your appointment.
5. Attend Your Visa Interview
You are required to bring your Online Non-immigrant Visa Application (DS-160) confirmation page with your application ID number on it so the embassy can retrieve your application.
