About Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarships (CGS)
The Canadian Government announced this Canada Graduation Scholarship (CGS) 2022. And it’s for international students. Also, it’s to pursue doctoral studies in Canadian Universities.
And it provides around US$51,000 every year. This is to every international student. And it’s during their stay in Canada for studies.
Benefits of Canada Graduation Scholarship (CGS)
The scholarships offer:
1. Students the chance to complete their PhD. And this is at their preferred University.
2. Also, their studies are fully or partially sponsored. And this is by CGS Canadian Graduate scholarship.
Courses Offered Under Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship Scheme
Courses offered are:
1. Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) and Social Sciences.
2. Also, Health Research (CIHR) of Canadian Institutes.
3. And, Engineering Research Council (NSERC) and Natural Sciences.

Follow the step is given below:
1. Before you apply, make sure that you meet all the requirements mentioned by the nominating institution.
2. Also, if you do not meet all the eligibility criteria, you will not be accepted.
3. And you must not hold Fellowship or PhD level scholarship from SSHRC, CIHR or NSERC to complete or undertake PhD program elsewhere
4. Furthermore, you must have an outstanding educational record.
5. Also, must have an acceptance letter. Or an invitation letter. And this should be done by the professor of nominating university.
Furthermore, you must be pursuing your first doctoral degree.
Required Documents
1. You’re required to submit well-formatted and detailed research proposals.
2. And all degrees, certifications, and transcripts are also needed. This is for the online application.
Other supporting documents may include a motivation letter. And of purpose and resume.

The Announcement of Selected Applications for Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship (CGS)
If your application stands out then the University will nominate you for Canada Graduate Scholarship sponsored by Vanier. Also, you’ll get a confirmation of receipt. And this is by email soon after the announcement of the result.
