With the Undergraduate Scholarship Program, you can get financial aid while taking on tasks that are relevant to your field of study and that will expose you to intellectual difficulties.

• Full time
• Starting pay: $15.74 to $20.96 per hour ($32,733 to $43,609)
• Bachelor’s; High School Diploma or GED; currently enrolled
• By September 15th of this year, you must be at least 18 years old.

Undergraduate students can take advantage of an unrivaled experience in a varied, equitable, and inclusive environment thanks to the Undergraduate Scholarship Program, a financial need-based initiative.

Undergraduates who are CIA scholarship recipients attend an accredited college or institution full-time and work for the organization over the summers.

You will encounter actual intelligence difficulties at the CIA while completing important tasks associated with your academic field of study.

For instance, an IT major might be assigned progressively difficult assignments involving cutting-edge computer systems.

A student who majors in engineering might contribute to the creation of cutting-edge machinery.

While a foreign language major might play a key role in translating documents for U.S. politicians, a finance major might be involved in creating and assessing budgets for a global organization.

A human resources major might have the chance to create and implement personnel policies and procedures, and an international relations major might brief a senior policymaker.

Accepting an offer implies continuing employment with the Agency for a specific period of time because CIA invests in scholarship recipients.

You must spend the equivalent of 1.5 times the length of the CIA’s college sponsorship at the Agency after graduating from college.

If a student leaves early, they must pay back the tuition to the US government.

During summer work tours, all employment necessitate relocation to the Washington, DC, region.

Cia undergraduate scholarship program Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age by September 15th of this year
• Financial need as demonstrated by the gross annual household income ceiling up to $120,000
  • If the applicant has not been listed as a dependent for the previous tax year, the gross annual household income ceiling is $50,000 or less
• Acceptance at a 4-year college/university; or pursuing undergraduate degree as a full-time student and enrolled in or planning to take at least 12 credits per semester
• At least a 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scale for high school and/or college
• Two 90-day tours are preferred; however, one 90-day tour is the minimum requirement.  Also, willingness to work at CIA full time after graduation
• Ability to meet the minimum requirements for joining CIA, including U.S. citizenship and a background investigation.
