D.S. Adegbenro ICT Polytechnic (formerly Gateway ICT Polytechnic) was established through the Enabling Law No. 32 of 27​th February, 2006 to train middle level manpower development in ICT and related discipline, leading to the award of National Diploma.

D.S. Adegbenro ICT Polytechnic is a registered member of CISCO Networking Academy under the Europe, idle East and African Region and as such accredited CISCO Academy Training Centre for CISCO courses.
