Overall Purpose of the Job:
Provide financial support and financial reporting to the Product Lines and Product Lines controllers.
Principal Accountability:
Let alone, planning
Furthermore, assist the PL directors/PL Controller in preparing the budget and 5 year plans
Moreover,work with the PL to prepare the monthly forecast and communicate to the regions to ensure alignment with PL
And, consolidation of forecasts & budgets to provide global picture
Reporting
Secondly, dealing with all aspects of month end and adhering to timetable deadlines
Thirdly, Investigate and understand variances to budget and forecast and provide monthly analysis
And also, consolidate and distribute monthly regions P&L’s, analysis and commentaries, review with PL Controller
Furthermore, ensure proper revenue recognition of major projects in line with accounting policies
Moreover, monitor and forecast Manufacturing and Operations Central costs, analyze variances and assist PLMs in taking corrective actions
Similarly, provide the financial information/slides and management support for the monthly PL balance scorecards
Additionally, assist with internal and external audit queries
Also, Any other ad hoc accounting requirements by PL Controller
Capex management & Capex reporting/forecasting
Manage AFE requests
Further, review and validate AFEs with PL Asset controllers prior to submission
Likewise, monitor capex spend vs. budget and vs. approved AFEs, track commitments
Always, prepare monthly updates of AUC and open AFEs, review with PLs
Lastly, prepare monthly capex spend and forecast
Balance sheet
Always, prepare monthly balance sheet notes for PL controllers reviews
And, ensuring strong balance sheet control through monthly analysis, review and control of key balance sheet areas
As a matter of fact, validate inventory counts as per Expro policy
Let alone, review any variances arising from inventory cycle counts
Policies and procedures
Always, ensure that Finance policies are adhered to
Job Knowledge and Experience:
