We are recruiting to fill the following vacant positions below:

Job Title: Relationship Manager – CMBG

Job Identification: 189Location: LagosJob Description

  1. Work closely with the Business Manager in the execution of the team’s functions and activities.
  2. Champion the drive for deposit mobilization and trade transactions.
  3. Manage and deepen relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
  4. Provide the best customer service available in the industry.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing professional and specialized financial solutions in all areas.
  6. Assist in Transaction Memos and provide relationship background and financial information support, as necessary.
  7. Provide support in the structuring of credits in line with business potentials.
  8. As part of the Bank’s Information Security requirements, maintain the security of all Information entrusted to the staff and comply with the principles and policies in the Information Security Handbook.

Requirements for Application

Education:

  1. Applicants applying for the eHealth Africa recruitment must possess any of the following.
  2. Possession of B.Sc, , , OND in relation to the applied position from a recognized institution.
  3. Any added certificate either postgraduate or professional certification will be of advantage.
  4. NYSC Discharge/Exemption Certificate.
  5. West African School Certificate (WAEC) or Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSSC) with Credits in not less than three (3) subjects including English and at least passes in two (2) other subjects.
  6. Candidates must have National Examination Council (NECO)/General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level with passes in four (4) subjects obtained at one sitting or five (5) subjects obtained at two sittings including the English Language.)
  7. (ND) obtained from a recognized institution.
  8. National Certificate of Education (NCE) from a recognized institution or General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) in two (2) subjects obtained at one sitting or three (3) subjects obtained at two sittings.
  9. Must be computer literate

Experience:

  1. Minimum experience 4 years experience relevant experience.

Knowledge:

  1. Good Knowledge of the business environment
  2. Credit/Risk Management
  3. Banking structure, policies, and procedures
  4. Customer Service
  5. Strategic Business Planning.
