2022 essay topic:

Foreclosures and other financially distressed home listings such as bankruptcy homes and tax lien properties can be great deals. Discuss how to prepare and execute these kinds of real estate opportunities considering the high prices and low inventory being seen in the current housing market.

Recent high prices on the real estate market have led to many homeowners receiving bids that are 20% or more above their asking price just days after placing their home for sale.

There are additional ways to get a fantastic price, including through tax lien houses, foreclosures, and bankruptcy homes.

Describe how you can investigate and profit from these financially precarious chances.

Since the program’s launch in 2009, Foreclosure.com has awarded $72,000 in scholarships to 40 college students around the country.

In particular, real estate, which may be used to help nurture a vibrant US housing market, is one of the most pressing concerns facing the country, and the corporation challenges future leaders of America to come up with innovative solutions or ideas.
