Eligible Course: Students can apply for a degree program in any discipline excluding dentistry and medicine in a Singaporean institute of choice.

How to Apply: Students can apply for admission at the desired university or institute via its individual application portal. Then, to apply for this scholarship, students can log in to the BrightSparks portal.
Supporting Documents
The students are required to present the following documents besides the documents required by their respective schools:
1. Certificates/Qualifications
2. Achievements/Awards/Prizes
3. Referees
Admission Requirements
Students must meet the academic and entry and course-specific requirements of the university they wish to apply at.
Language Requirement
The students must meet the English language requirements of their respective institutes. TOEFL, IELTS, etc are commonly accepted tests.
