Griffith University Postgraduate Scholarship is now open for applications from suitably qualified students. It is a fully funded scholarship for all students sponsored by the Griffith University.
About the Scholarship
Griffith University offers several stipend scholarships each year to those with great research potential who wish to enroll in a Higher Degree Research (HDR) program.
The Griffith University Postgraduate Research Scholarship is the name of these prizes (GUPRS). GUPRS are given out to candidates to help with general living expenses; program tuition is not covered.

Benefits of Griffith University Postgraduate Scholarship
The GUPRS provides a living allowance of AUD $28,854 (2022 rate, indexed annually) per annum — paid as a fortnightly stipend, and a relocation allowance. Sick leave, parental leave and leave of absence provisions also apply. This scholarship does not cover tuition fees.

Requirements for Scholarship
1. To be eligible for consideration for award of a Griffith University Postgraduate Research Scholarship, applicants must be commencing or enrolled in a research program at Griffith University.
2. Applicants must not be receiving income from another source to support their general living costs that provides a benefit greater than 75% of the GUPRS stipend.
3. Income unrelated to the candidate’s research program, or income received for the candidate’s research program but not for the purposes of supporting general living costs, is not to be considered.
