Hong Kong Government Scholarship 2022 applications are now open. Hong Kong Scholarships are Fully Funded Scholarships for International Students. This year there will be 300 scholarships available. Students with a Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) are eligible to apply directly for the Hong Kong PhD fellowship, and international students can apply for Hong Kong scholarships.
Students from around the world can study at the top 8 universities in Hong Kong. The top 8 universities offer programs in all academic fields. There is no requirement for academic background. For the year 2022, 300 scholarships will be awarded to study in Hong Kong. If you have studied in English medium, you are not required to take any language test like IELTS.
Hong Kong Government Scholarships aim to attract the best and brightest students. There are no application fees for Hong Kong Government Scholarships. How to Apply
Before applying for Ph.D. admission to their desired universities, eligible candidates must submit an Initial Application online through the Hong Kong Ph.D. Fellowship Scheme Electronic System (HKPFSES) by 1st December 2022 to obtain an HKPFS Reference Number.

- Step 2: Submit full applications to all proposed universities
