1. A current high school or a enrolled in the United States or a DoD-designated school who will graduate during the 2021-2022 academic school year
2. A U.S. citizen, a U.S. national, a of the United States, a refugee, an asylee, or a Cuban-Haitian entrant.
In addition, the Humanitarian Parolee is based on US Department of Education guidelines for Federal Financial Aid eligibility.
3. Expected to graduate from high school during the current academic year
4. Make plans to pursue a degree at an accredited post-secondary institution in the United States.
5. Be able to demonstrate a minimum 3.0 GPA or B average in high school coursework.
