How to Fill AIIMS 2021 Application Form | Step by Step Guide

AIIMS 2021 Registration will be started from the fourth week of November 2021. Candidates can check the complete procedure through this article. It is conducted every year by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi.

AIIMS (MBBS) is a national-level entrance exam to get admission in medical courses. AIIMS MBBS entrance exam will be organized for providing admission to AIIMS, New Delhi, Bhubaneswar, Patna, Raipur, Bhopal, Jodhpur, Guntur, Nagpur, and Rishikesh campuses.

How to Fill AIIMS 2021 Application Form

AIIMS 2021 application form filling procedure will be consisting of six steps:

Basic Registration:

Step-2: Upload Images

Step-3: Print Application

Final Registration:

Step-4: Qualification and Address Details

Step-5: Make Payment

Step-6: City Choice

Step-7: Print of Confirmation Page

Basic Registration:

Check the given below steps to fill the AIIMS application form:

Step-1: Registration

• Go to the official website link. ()
• A new page will be displayed on the screen.
• Click on the “Click here for New Basic Registration” button.

• Read the information given therein and click on the ‘Proceed’ button.
• Read all steps given for filling the application form and start your registration process.

• Enter course applying, Personal details, Contact details, ID Proof number, and contact details.
• Read the declaration of eligibility and tick on the given box and then click on the ‘Generate Registration ID & Password’ button.

• A Candidate ID & Password for future logins will be generated on your screen.
• Use your login details such as generated ID and password.

• Read all the information that is mentioned by you is correct or not.

Step-2: Upload Images

• Candidates have to upload the scanned images of signature, photograph and thumb impression.
• Click on the ‘Choose File’ button and select the file.
• Upload scanned image of photo (size should be in between 50-100 KB), signature and thumb impression (size limit is 20-100 KB).

• Images should be in JPG, JPEG, GIF & PNG format.
• Click on ‘Accept’ and after uploading each image you will get the message of uploading it.

• Tick on Declaration and click on ‘Proceed to next step’.

Step-3: Print Application Page:

• After uploading the images, the filled-in application form will be displayed on the screen.
• Check all the details carefully.
• Click on the “Print” button and take the printout of it

Basic Registration Details:

• Basic Registration shall be screened and if found in order, including uploaded images, Basic Registration will be ACCEPTED.
• If Rejected, the deficiencies can be corrected.
• Only those Applications where the Basic Registration is ACCEPTED can proceed for Final Registration (Steps 3-6).
• Once ACCEPTED the Basic Registration will be stored and the Applicant can continue with Final Registration in the future.

Final Registration:

• Candidates will be able to complete their final registration after the acceptance of basic registration.
• The final registration will be started from the fourth week of February 2021.
• Now, click on the ‘Edit, or ‘Proceed to Step 4’ button at your convenience.

Step-4: Qualification and Address Details

• In step-3, candidates have to fill the qualifying exam, qualifying exam status, exam passed, scoring marks, address details, etc.
• Click on ‘Proceed to Step 4’.

Step-5: Make Payment

• Now, pay the application fee through online mode.
• Click on the ‘Online Payment’ link.
•  

• Select the payment mode and click on the ‘Proceed’ button.
• Candidates can select any one of them, i.e. Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking.
• Click on the ‘Print’ button before proceeding to payment to take the printout of the application slip.

Step-6: City Choice

• Select the state first and then the city as an exam center.
• Once the exam center will be selected it cannot be altered.
• Click on ‘Proceed to Step 6’.

Step-7: Print of Confirmation Page

• Check every detail once again and if you want to edit it, do edit otherwise final submit it.
• After review, your application form, click on the ‘Print’ button to print your filled-in application form.

• You can also take 2-3 printouts of it.
• Must keep a copy of the application form till the admission procedure.

• Candidates can fill the application form through online mode.
• For filling application, basic registration followed by the generation of code and final registration should be completed by the candidates.
• Candidates have to fill in the necessary details asked in the application form. Th
  ey have to fill their category at the time of filling the application form.
• At the time of final registration, candidates have to fill the choice of examination center followed by payment.
• Candidates have to upload the scanned images of the photograph, signature, and thumb impression.
• Candidates should keep a copy of all the stages of the application form till the completion of the admission process.
