I will succeed because I have idea of what I want to do and also with the knowledge I have about ageing peoples home I think I am going to succeed very well if the opportunity is given to me and the experience I have about it.

Aging peoples home/old people’s home is more of where the old people is been taken to and take care of, the idea I have about this business are numerous, about how to take care of them both cognitively and physically, because old age has to do with psychological (i.e.) mental and physical abilities. The individual may have less strength vigor and speed of reaction and also unfavour disposition and with the help of those that will be employed, both the sickness which the aged one will encounter like loneliness ailments thereby causing himself/herself fret anxiety which him/her may mentally die will be prevented.
WHAT IS PARTICULARLY INNOVATIVE OR ORIGINAL ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS (i.e.) INNOVATIVE IDEA, PROCESSES MARKET PRODUCTS (ETC)
The things original about my business or services is that I deal with human life and our aged once, there are the ones that brought us out to the world and also enough knowledge are still in them which we the children still need to rule and guide our life and our nation. One can not do without the knowledge and help of our aged once.
DESCRIBE YOUR MARKET, WHO WILL BUY YOUR PRODUCTS/SERVICE? WHAT IS THE SIZE OF YOUR MARKET AND HOW IS IT GROWING? WHAT IS THE GROWTH OPPORTUNITY?
As I had already said, that aging people home is where our aging parents will be taken care of inform of home, aged/old age in a decline both in mental and physical abilities, and this determination in old age is inevitable, result in personality charges. Aging peoples home helps in reducing stress that the people who have aged once will encounter and help those does not have some one to take care of them.
· For a start three buildings with toilets and bathroom one of the building will have the shape of secondary school hostel and like three offices will be included.
· With the help of those qualified employed worker the business will be growing well because I will go to the villages and take those our old mothers and fathers who are wasting. An amount of money will be placed for them to pay depending o the situation. Meanwhile some may have loss their memory which some may have been effected with some diseases which have to be cure before taken them to where others are.
· The growth opportunities is or will be increasing rapidly because in the area where I want to locate it there is no much or I can say that there is no such thing before.
WHY WILL PEOPLE BUY YOUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICE WHAT MAKES THEM UNIQUE?
As I had already said that life is involve here, as water is needed so is my service needed pre-nursery primary school day care and mortuary are all important so is aging peoples home important even more than. My service is unique because every one know that our aged once are important to us and we can not afford to loss them because of ailment and mental inabilities.
WHAT FIVE THINGS DO YOU NEED TO DO IN THE NEXT SIX MONTHS TO START YOUR BUSINESS LIMITED
(i) Organize a seminar and give them a little knowledge about this aging peoples home; giving them the benefit and procedures about it.
(ii) Looking for a place where it can be located particular.
(iii) Organize or searching for qualified women both those that will be looking and nurses that will take care of drugs when needed, including those that will be bathing them because some may have lossed their memory (ie) mental dysfunction of the brain.
(iv) Going and alocating those employed to different villages to organize and take down name of those aged parents, they will go to both urban and rural areas.
(v) Setting up every required equipments or instruments for the business or work/service. After the houses has been built, beds any cloths which will be shared to them for a starts will be bought.
(vi) Also advertising the business in the radio television and even in the churches.
QUALIFICATION OR EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE TO START AND RUN THIS BUSINESS
I already have my OND in psychology and also a graduate but not yet served. I have a lot experience during my OND in 2008, and 2010 during our research about aged people and memory dysfunction the causes and how to prevent them. Each person where ask to chose a client in the village then I used my grand mother who is about 87 years old and is having the problem of memory dysfunction.
WHAT IS THE COMPETITION? HOW WILL IT CHANGE AND WHY ARE YOU BETTER.
Although in Ebonyi State where I want to start, there is no competition because this is going to be the first aging peoples home apart from the house to house once one can get to come and stay with their aged ones inform of house help. But if there is any competition I will be better because I have all it takes to ha
ndle the business very well and overcome the competition because my area of studies is based on clinical psychology (ie) human engineering.
WHAT ARE THE RISK YOU FORE SEE IN THIS BUSINESS (WHAT COULD STOP YOU)? HOW WILL YOU OVER COME THERE RISK?
(i) One thing that will stop the business or service is money.
(ii) The risk is when the person dies in our hands because no one have his or her death at hands.
(iii) The risk will over come by the family of the aged person coming time to time to see them and government helping us by supporting us financially so that we can employ enough nurses and doctors and those that will be going to some houses to take care to those that are very weak that cannot stay in our home and also connect us to government hospital for references.
HOW MUCH MONEY DO YOU NEED TO START YOU BUSINESS
For a starts due to the houses and payment of those employed and instruments needed. It will take up to (five million naira) N5,000,000.00 will be needed.
