Sir,

WITHDRAWAL OF PETITION OF MR. A

We are still retained by Mr. A ‘our client’ and we write this letter of withdrawal on his behalf and with his instructions.

You will recall that we had earlier submitted a petition to the Commissioner of Police on behalf of our client, dated 4th January, 2015, which was re-directed to this command by the Police Headquarters. We have now been instructed by our client to write this letter to withdraw that petition sequel to the peaceful resolution of the matter which was the crux of the petition, between our client who is the father of the complainant and Inspector Mr. B the father of the suspect.

We wish to express our satisfaction with the manner and approach of the command to the matter, which eventually led to the resolution. We encourage this command to keep it up as it restores the hope of the ordinary man in the system.

Thank you.

Yours faithfully,
