The Requirements and Eligibility Criteria

1. Applicants must be Nigerian citizens by birth. And he or she must possess a National Identity Card.
2. Also, applicants must possess a minimum of 4 credits in not over 2 sittings in WASSCE / GCE / NECO / NABTEB. One credit must be in the English Language.
3. Additionally, to the above qualification, those applying for Tradesmen/women must also possess OND/Trades Test/City and Guild Certificate.
4. Also, applicants must be between the ages of 18 – 22 years. This is for non-tradesmen / women. While tradesmen/women must be between the ages of 18 – 26 years by 1st March 2019.

6. Knowledge of additional Nigerian Languages other than mother tongue is an added advantage.

All applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
1. Also, be a male or female between the ages of 20 and 30 years, while medical consultants must not be over 40 years of age by January 2022.
2. Additionally, be medically, mentally and physically fit according to NA standards.
3. Furthermore, be recommended and attested to his/her moral character by at least 2 recognisable referees.
4. However, the referee must either be a Local Government Chairman/Secretary or an officer of the Armed Forces not below the rank of a Lieutenant Colonel. And equivalent or an Assistant Commissioner of Police and above.

5. Service personnel must present valid military identity cards and letters of recommendation by their Commanding Officer/Commanders.
