KWARAPOLY Acceptance Fee Payment Procedure 2021/2022 Session

This is to inform all candidate that has been offered provisional admission into Kwara State Polytechnic, that the KWARAPOLY acceptance fee is to be paid by the newly admitted students for 2021/2022 academic session upon admission. Continue reading to see more details below.

Following the release of the Kwara State Polytechnic (KWARA POLY) admission list, the management of the institution released the KWARAPOLY acceptance fee amount and payment procedure for the 2020/2021 newly admitted ND and HND candidates.

What to Know About Kwara State Polytechnic

Kwara State Polytechnic is a  tertiary institution that was established in 1973 by the then Military Governor of  Col. 

 after the decision of establishing a  in Kwara State was announced in 1971. It is located in , the capital of Kwara State.

Kwara State Polytechnic started with 110 pioneering students, and it offers  and  in courses at  levels.

The Kwara State Polytechnic formally commenced operation in January 1973 with a piece of administrative machinery patterned closely after the existing universities in the country.

KWARAPOLY 2021 Post UTME Admission Portal

Applicants are to pay the screening fee of N2,000.00 only, through the Interswitch Web pay platform using ATM Cards (Master Card, Verve Card and other Interswitch enabled Cards).

1. Go to Kwara Poly admission screening portal @ .
2. Click on the appropriate application link.
3. Create your profile by completing the form.

Thereafter:

• Click on Resume Application on the left menu to continue.
  1. Enter personal details on the next screen and click continue.
  2. Enter JAMB details alongside your first and second choices and click continue.
  3. Also, enter O’Level details with the number of sittings and click continue.
  4. Upload Passport Photograph (50KB maximum size) and click continue.
• Click on Screening Application on the left menu to continue.
  1. Read the declaration and click on the Proceed button to continue.
  2. Upload your documents and click on “Upload and Continue”.
  3. Enter Next of Kin Information and click on Continue.
  4. Read Payment Instructions carefully and click on the Notification Tab.
  5. Click on Continue to see payment details.
  6. Also, click on the CollegePay button to proceed to payment OR
  7. Click on the Cancel button to terminate the payment process.

• Make Payment

  1. Select your ATM card type (e.g Verve or Master Card)
  2. Enter your Card Number
  3. Enter Card Expiry Date and the card CVV2 (the 3 digits on the reverse side of the card and lastly enter your card pin; and
  4. Then click on Pay.
• After successful payment, Click the appropriate button to print Application Documents and Payment Slip.
• You can click Reprint on the left menu to reprint your documents.

The Process to Check KWARAPOLY Admission List

1. Go to admission portal at .
2. Enter your JAMB Registration Number and Password in the required columns.
3. Finally, click on the Login button to access your Kwara State Poly admission status.

Successfully admitted ND candidates are advised to go on the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) portal to ACCEPT or REJECT their admission offer –  How to Reject/Accept Your Admission on JAMB CAPS.

Failure to pay the acceptance fee after one week of this admission would lead to forfeiture of the admission

KwaraPoly Acceptance Fee

The Kwara State Polytechnic acceptance fee is Seven Thousand Five Hundred Naira (N7,500.00) only. Kwara State Poly acceptance fee payment portal is .

• Successfully admitted candidates are issued a student login link, student ID, and a temporary password.
• Log in to the student area using the student id and the temporary password provided.
• On successful login click on “make payment” on the left menu then click on the acceptance tab to make the acceptance fee payment.
• After the Acceptance fee is successfully paid, a link to print the Kwara State Polytechnic Acceptance letter is displayed, and then your students’ status is changed to “screening requested”.
• If you pass the Kwara poly screening, an email will be sent to your mailbox informing you that your credential has been screened.
• If you, however, fail the screening test, you will be instructed on what next to do.
