Machohairstyles is delighted to announce the “Machohairstyles Fashion and Design Scholarship Program”. The scholarship is open to full time students majoring in the field that closely aligned to the fashion industry. The Machohairstyles Scholarship is an essay based scholarship.
Fashion and Design are the forms of art. We believe that scholarships can give aspiring students the opportunity to focus on his or her passion instead of worrying about the cost of books and tuition. Our scholarship is about your artistic and creative ability.
Fashion design is the art of applying design, aesthetics, construction and natural beauty to clothing and its accessories.
It is influenced by culture and different trends, and has varied over time and place. “A fashion designer creates clothing, including dresses, suits, pants, and skirts, and accessories like shoes and handbags, for consumers.
He or she can specialize in clothing, accessory, or jewelry design, or may work in more than one of these areas

Designers conduct research on fashion trends and interpret them for their audience. Their specific designs are used by manufacturers.

Eigibility and Criteria
1. Qualifying students must be enrolled as full-time students.
2. Eligible students must be a current freshman, sophomore, junior or senior. Please note seniors graduating in fall cannot compete for the scholarship.

There is no citizenship requirement.
