2. John Lennon Scholarships
The John Lennon Scholarships are an annual competition accessible to student songwriters and composers from alternative, pop, rock, indie, electronica, R&B, and experimental musical genres.

The Peermusic Latin Scholarship is a competition for student songwriters and composers of Latin music that takes place every year.
The award was founded in 2003 through the generosity and vision of Peermusic CEO Ralph Peer II. It is one of the rare accolades of its type.
The program has cultivated potential musicians who have made their mark in television, cinema, recorded music, and concert performance for more than a decade.
Gloria Trevi, a platinum musician, and BMI songwriter is the competition’s honorary spokeswoman. The finest original song or instrumental creation in any Latin genre receives a $5,000 award each year.

4. Ocean Awareness Contest
The Ocean Awareness Contest gives young people the chance to learn about ocean concerns through art and creative expression.
While exploring their personal ties with our planet, young people can become environmental activists.
Visual art, cinema, music, poetry, writing, and interactive multimedia are just a few of the art forms available.

5. Jazz Education Network scholarships

6. BMI Future Jazz Master Scholarship
The BMI Future Jazz Master Scholarship is an annual competition for up-and-coming jazz musicians enrolled in colleges and institutions around the country.
The award was created in 2015 by Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI) in honor of the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) Jazz Masters Fellowship.
A lifetime achievement honor widely regarded as jazz music’s highest honor, and pays tribute to the artistic excellence of jazz pioneers while providing crucial support for emerging performers.

1. Current full-time or part-time college or university students in the United States. Students who have been admitted to a college or university in the United States for the purpose of future enrolment are not eligible.

7. Glenn Miller Scholarship
The application process for the GMBS Music Scholarship Competition is already closed. The competition will be place on June 9th, 2022, as part of the Glenn Miller festival.
Since 1977, the Glenn Miller Birthplace Society has celebrated Glenn Miller’s music and legacy by hosting an annual scholarship competition for high school graduates and college freshmen who plan to pursue music as a career.
Students from all around the country apply for the scholarship, and the Glenn Miller Festival selects 10 vocal semi-finalists and 10 instrumental semi-finalists to compete.
Each category has three champions who play at the Stage Show the next day during the festival. Each year, the Glenn Miller Society gives $12,000 in scholarships.

8. Chang Heaton Scholarship for Music Excellence

9. Henry And Aleida Segger Music Scholarship
International and domestic students are welcome to apply for the Henry and Aleida Segger Music Scholarship at King’s University in Alberta, Canada in 2022.
The scholarship covers Undergraduate level programs at King’s University in the subject of music.
Every year, a full-time student at King’s University receives a $1,000 scholarship.
The student must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in music or a performance or artist diploma program in music. The Scholarship is supported by Henry and Aleida’s Estate.

1. Students must have an average of 80% or higher on high school entrance marks or maintain a 3.00 or higher grade point average (GPA).

11. The Jack Kent Cooke Young Artist Award
The Jack Kent Cooke Young Artist Award is a $10,000 one-time, non-renewable, need-based grant awarded in connection with complete participation in From the Top’s Learning and Media Lab Fellowship.
From the Top selects roughly 20 pre-collegiate artists between the ages of 8 and 18 to win the Award each year. The award is granted to deserving pre-collegiate musicians in need of financial assistance to help defray the sometimes unreasonably high costs of learning classical music at a high level.

1. Applicants must be musically talented and eager to engage.
2. Applicants must show that their family income does not cover the expenditures of their artistic endeavors.

2. Collect FAFSA and CSS scholarships, grants, and student aid. Full-tuition scholarships are available for new students, but they are extremely competitive; only a small percentage of your class will be awarded one.
3. Get a loan. The maximum loan amount will cover only a portion of the tuition. 6 months after graduation, you must begin repaying your debt plus interest.
4. Attend courses at Berklee Online. It is a less expensive solution that requires fewer resources.
6. How to Get Into the Manhattan School of Music?
With a GPA of 3.55, Manhattan School of Music requires you to be around average in your high school class. You’ll need a mix of A’s and B’s, and very few C’s. If you have a lower GPA, you can compensate with harder courses like AP or IB classes.
7. How Hard Is It to Get a Full/half Tuition Scholarship to USC?
That is difficult. It’s unusual to come across pupils who have received scholarships.
The most well-known sort of scholarship at USC is the athletic scholarship. Our athletics program is outstanding (USC has 135 gold medals, 87 silver medals, and 65 bronze medals in the Olympics).
However, this is not USC’s primary source of financial help. (Citizens or permanent residents of the United States) One alternative is to look into need-based university aid, loans, and government financial help.
