The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency
The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) is a Federal agency in Nigeria tasked with the responsibility of tackling the cultivation, processing, manufacturing, sale, export, and trafficking of illicit drugs.
Created through Decree Number 48 of 1989, the agency is currently accepting applications from suitably qualified Nigerians for enlistment.
The NDLEA recruitment portal for 2023 is accessible to all applicants, whether they hold a minimum of SSCE or a university degree.
The recruitment exercise has already commenced, and the portal is currently open to accept applications.
Requirements for the Recruitment
1. Applicants must be of Nigerian nationality by birth and hold a National Identity Number (NIN). Additionally, possessing computer literacy will be an advantage.
2. Any certificate or qualification not disclosed or submitted and accepted during the recruitment process cannot be presented for career progression within the Agency afterward.
3. Candidates must be in good physical health and provide a from a government hospital.

4. At the time of entry, applicants must be between 20 and 35 years of age.
5. Male applicants should have a minimum height of 1.65 meters, while female applicants should have a minimum height of 1.60 meters.
6. Medical and Allied professionals must have valid practicing licenses, and Lawyers must have been called to the Bar.
7. Applicants must be free from drug use and possess good character, having no criminal convictions.
