About the Internship Program
In order to administer the power projects funded under the National Integrated Power Project (NIPP) scheme of the Nigerian government.
Niger Delta Power Holding Company Limited was established as a fast-track power infrastructure development business. The greatest fleet of power plants in Africa is now owned by us.
For twelve (12) months, the NDPHC internship program, a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, will provide Nigerian engineering graduates with the opportunity to work and study.
Aim and Benefits of NDPHC Internship Program
To give them the opportunity to get expertise in the Gas, Generation, and Transmission divisions of the Electricity / Energy Industry.
Qualified applicants will be deployed to NDPHC’s operational power plants. They may move from one department to another within the power station.
Requirements for NDPHC Internship Program
The following requirements must be met by engineering graduates:
1. Must be a citizen of Nigeria.
2. Must possess a degree or higher national diploma (HND) in any area of engineering with a minimum grade point average of Second Class Upper (2:1)
3. Engineering, electrical and electronic
4. Production and mechanical engineering
5. Chemical and Mechatronic Engineering
6. Information Technology
7. Must have completed a polytechnic or university degree no earlier than 2017.
8. Will not be older than 26 by April 1, 2022
9. Must have completed the National Youth Service Program, which is required (NYSC)

Selection Process:
The competent engineers who satisfy the aforementioned requirements will go through the following stages:
1. Online test of aptitude
2. A face-to-face oral interview.
Only the best candidates will be chosen from each level, and candidates must pass the stage before moving on.
