The FG of Nigeria gave reasons on Monday for the delay of two months payment of NPower stipends meant to be given to the beneficiaries of its social intervention program.
The Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs Disaster Management and Social Development hereby invites people to register into the NEXIT Portal for new opportunities.
Minister Sadiya Farouq says the ministry which is currently engaged in the National Social Investment Programme (NSIP), is close to head off to clarify the process of both the NPower Scheme and the NSIP Programs.
Sadiya Farouq has suggested that is the retention of NPower beneficiaries whose contracts have expired were responsible for their delayed payments.

What to know about NPower NEXIT Portal
The data collected on the NEXIT Portal is to determine the suitability of the exiting Npower beneficiaries for the CBN-affiliated programs.
1. This dependent on meeting the criteria and conditions set by the CBN for said programs.
2. The NEXIT Portal is for NPower beneficiaries who have not finished the program.
3. CBN and NPower made a combined effort to start this off.
4. This portal allows NPower beneficiaries who do not leave the program to benefit from the CBN Empowerment Options.
5. Interested Beneficiaries will need to log into the portal for registration.
6. Applicants will need to provide the information required for the possibility of placement into various CBN intervention options.
NPower Stipends – Batch C News
The scheme currently has six categories, they are; N-Teach, N-Health, N-Agro, N-Build, N-Create, N-Tech.
Subsequently, N-Teach and N-Health, respectively, are available only to graduates who must complete the mandatory NYSC program for 1 year.
While N-Agro, N-Build, N-Creative, and N-Tech is available for graduates and non-graduates alike
Note that the NPower Batch A and B have been disengaged by the FG of Nigeria and the Batch C Recruitment is currently ongoing. Also, the Batch C shortlist will soon be made public.
