Details for the 2021 Recruitment Status
- All Candidates who applied and attended the physical screening exercise are advised to check their recruitment status and print their Computer Based Test (CBT) examination slip if qualified for the next stage of the exercise.
- This exercise commences from Monday, 18th October 2021.
- Candidates who are qualified for the next stage of the recruitment exercise are to print their exam slip which must be presented on the exam date.
- The Exam for the successful candidates is scheduled to hold on 15th – 3oth January 2022.

How to Apply for the 2022 NPF Cadet Recruitment
Make sure you log on to the Nigerian Police recruitment portal to apply.

Application Requirement for NPF Cadet 2022
• Nationality: as a Constable applicant you should be a citizen of Nigeria first before you can apply.
• Age: there is an age restriction so the minimum age should be 17 while the maximum is 25.
• Education: you should know how to read and write and also express yourself. Finally, you should have at least 5 credit passes in WAEC, NECO or any other SSCE exams.
• Chest Measurement: 34 inches expanded chest anything short of this might put your application in jeopardy.
• Pregnancy: pregnant women who applied will be screened out because you can’t cope with the rigorous training they will receive. Just take for instance in NYSC pregnant women are excluded from the scheme.
• Financial Status: you should not be indebted to people to the point that it now causes embarrassment to you.
• Character: there is a slogan that says police are your friend. Having a bad character can disqualify you. You must be patient and always be ready to take orders from your superior.
• Height: it’s been clear that men should measure 1.67 meters in height and 1.64 meters for women.
• Means of identification: having a means of easy identification is paramount.
• Guarantors’ Form: there is a Guarantors’ Form at the end of the application that you should and must download which must be filled by the following people.
- Government Chairman,
- Traditional Rulers,
- Magistrate,
- Police Officer not below the rank of CSP,
- Career Civil Servant not below the rank of Grade Level 12,
- Local Heads of Educational Institutions attended,
- Military Officer not below the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
