What is N-Power?

N-Power aspires to provide a platform where most Nigerians can access skills acquisition and development. N-Power is designed for Nigerian citizens between the ages of 18 and 35.
The modular programmes under N-Power will ensure that each participant will learn and practice most of what is necessary to find or create work.

The Npower application portal is open. Simply visit npower.gov.ng with your device to see the available programmes and the needed requirements before you start your application.
Npower application is totally free of charge and is eligible for all Nigerians graduate or non-graduate.
Npower Portal 2021 – npower.fmhds.gov.ng
Npower Portal is open now for application. The website is www.npower.fmhds.gov.ng. Npower has announced that the portal was to be opened from 11:45 pm on 26th June 2021 and it did.
The requirements you would need for an application are:
- A Valid National ID.
- Your Bank Verification Number
- The age requirement is between 18-35 years of Age.
- You will need a minimum of OND or B.Sc in any field or discipline.
The closing date for Npower recruitment is yet to be announced at the time of writing this article. Once the date is announced, this article will be updated.
Npower Registration Requirement
N-Power aspires to provide a platform where most Nigerians can access skills acquisition and development. At this time, however, the initial modular programmes in N-Power are designed for Nigerian citizens between the ages of 18 and 35.
- On your expression of a genuine interest in whichever area you decide;
- Passing the relevant tests;
- Your willingness to push yourself beyond your comfort zone; and
- Ability to show a flair to develop all the skills you need to be the best you can be.
Every N-Power applicant must meet certain criteria:
- Age is between 18-35 years.
- An unemployed graduate or undergraduate.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Analytical.
- Able to undertake self-tutorship.
- Basic illustration skills for animation and graphic arts.
For registration you need to provide the following information on the NPower portal: BVN, CV, NYSC certificate and number, Passport photographs, ND and NCE degree certificate, and the e-mail address you currently use.
Mistakes to Avoid While Applying
A lot of people fail in many applications not because they are not qualified, but because of numerous mistakes. So take note of the following:
- Apply on time, do not wait for the deadline.
- Do the application processes alone, don’t send anybody to avoid mistakes in your data
- Keep yourself updated concerning the application
