About NUPENG
National Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas recruitment is one of the major Federal Government Agencies in Nigeria.
The Establishment is to enhance and promote international fraternity relations with bodies having an interest in petroleum and natural gas and to educate members on her programs.
The Nigeria Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers () is one of the 46 industrial unions formerly affiliated with the Nigeria Labour Congress.
NUPENG was formally registered as a Trade Union on 15th August 1978 but held its inaugural conference On 2nd November 1977 at the cultural centre Benin City, Edo State. NUPENG is currently affiliated with the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC).
The Union is an affiliate of Industri-All Global Union. Industri-All Global Union Headquarters is in Geneva, Switzerland. NUPENG president is currently the chairperson of Industri-All Global Union Nigeria chapter.
The Union is divided into four zones for easy administration and operations namely Lagos Zone, Warri Zone, Port Harcourt Zone and Kaduna Zone with Zonal offices.
There are sub-zonal offices at Eket, in Akwa Ibom State, Ibadan in Oyo State and a Liaison office at Abuja.

NUPENG Recruitment Qualifications/Requirements
The major requirements to apply for the ongoing NUPENG recruitment are as follows:
• Possession of B.Sc, , , OND concerning the applied position from a recognized institution.
• Any added certificate either postgraduate or professional certification will be of advantage.
• NYSC Discharge/Exemption Certificate.
• West African School Certificate (WAEC) with Credits in not less than three (3) subjects including English and at least passes in two (2) other subjects.
• Candidates must have National Examination Council (NECO) with passes in four (4) subjects obtained at one sitting or five (5) subjects obtained at two sittings including the English Language.)
• (ND) obtained from a recognized institution.
• National Certificate of Education (NCE) from a recognized institution.
• All candidates must have a valid means of identification such as a valid driver license, National Identification Card, International passport, Voters card etc.
• Ability to work with basic computer applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
• Geographical mobility within and outside Nigeria.
