Have you ever wondered what P-YES interview questions would like? Or some basic tips in which you would be needing to fully benefit from this Government oriented scheme. Not to worry, this article will be covering all the necessary information concerning P-YES interview questions.

The official name of this P-Yes Programme is Presidential Youth Empowerment Scheme and is powered by the Office of the Secretary to the Federal Government and coordinated by the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Youth and Students Affairs.

P-YES Interview Questions 2021

Here are some of the most common P-YES interview questions, along with the best way to answer them:

1. “Tell me a little about yourself.”

The goal of an interview is to determine whether the candidate will be outstanding in this empowerment scheme, and that means evaluating the skills and attitude required.

2. “Where do you see yourself in five years?”

Answers to this question go one of two basic ways. Candidates try to show their incredible ambition (because that’s what they think you want) by providing an extremely optimistic answer.

3. “Out of all the other candidates, why should we pick you?”

Since a candidate cannot compare himself with people he doesn’t know, all he can do is describe his incredible passion and desire and commitment.

4. “How did you learn about P-YES?”

In as much as you will want to give a quick response to this: don’t just explain how you heard about the opening. Show that you heard about the empowerment scheme through a colleague or someone that has benefitted from it, by following the company … show that you know about the job because you want to work there.

5. “Why do you want this job?”

Now go deeper. Don’t just talk about why the grant would be great for you; talk about how the position is a perfect fit for what you hope to accomplish, both short-term and long-term.

And if you don’t know why the position is a perfect fit … look somewhere else. Life is too short.
