Peking University Scholarship Program is currently open for applications from suitably qualified students. The scholarship is fully funded for all students and is sponsored by the Peking University.
The Peking University Scholarship Program
is located in Beijing, China, and it’s a publicly-funded research institution supported by the Chinese Ministry of Education.
Originally known as the Imperial University of Peking, it was granted a royal charter by the Guangxu Emperor in 1898.
In 2012, the university established the Peking University (Overseas Students) Scholarship, aimed at providing financial assistance to exceptional international students pursuing undergraduate and/or graduate degrees at Peking University.
Benefits of Peking University Scholarship Program
The scholarship is categorized into two categories:
1. The complete scholarship encompasses expenses for tuition fees, a monthly stipend which includes a living allowance, and medical insurance.
2. On the other hand, the partial scholarship only includes coverage for tuition fees.
3. The monthly allowance is distributed in the following ways:
a). For undergraduate students, the amount is 2000 CNY per month.
b). Postgraduate students receive 2500 CNY per month.
c). PhD students receive a stipend of 3000 CNY per month.

Requirements for Peking University Scholarship
1. This scholarship is exclusively for students who are not citizens of the country where the university is located.
2. To be considered, applicants must have received an offer to study at Peking University as an overseas student.
3. Applicants must be a fresher at the university.
4. Only full-time students are eligible to apply.
5. Only students who have not received any other scholarship funding are eligible to apply.
6. This scholarship is open to students pursuing either an undergraduate or .
7. Students enrolled in professional degree programs, joint degree programs, and English-taught programs are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.
