PHILOSOPHY IS COMPREHENSIVE, CRITICAL AND ANALYTIC

It is a notable fact  from comprehensive on the nature of philosophy that the subject  is comprehensive, that is all  inclusive. All disciples, field of knowledge, were included in subject of philosophy. Moreover, the subject is interested in the whole of reality it does not like the other discipline isolate an aspect of reality to study, rather it studies reality in its totality. In effect, philosophy is interested in he knowledge and the significant of the knowledge or phenomena that is not limited by the boundaries of some specialized field of human activity. The philosophic worldview is thus a theoretical synthesis of the most general views of nature, society, man and cognition (Oysterman 1973:179). This means that philosophy is an integral system of intellectual   attitude in which the desire for absolute knowledge is organized methodically.

PHILOSOPHY IS CRITICAL

There is indeed no one idea or thing that is taken as given and therefore unquestioned in philosophy. Every idea, opinion, view etc is subject to doubt, question and critical analysis.
