– Rule of Law Scholarship –

Loyola University is now accepting applications from suitably qualified students for their Rule Of Law Scholarship. It is a partially funded scholarship for all students.

Scholarship Description

Loyola University Chicago’s one-year Rule of Law for Development program will prepare you for jobs in the U.S. and abroad in the growing rule of law and development field, connecting you to an engaged network of rule of law practitioner faculty and graduates from 60+ countries.

Our innovative online program offers master’s degrees for both attorneys and other professionals, with an optional immersion at Loyola’s campus in Rome, Italy.

PROLAW offers several tuition awards for exceptionally qualified students of any nationality, who demonstrate outstanding academic or professional merit, and financial need.

Degree Level

Loyola University Rule of Law Scholarship, 2022-23 is available to undertake Graduate-level programs at Loyola University Chicago.

Scholarship Benefits

Loyola University Chicago will provide financial help to admit international and domestic students of Master of Laws (LLM) or Master of Jurisprudence (MJ) in Rule of Law for Development

Eligibility Criteria

Rule of Law for Development LLM:

1. Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent as well as a primary law degree

2. Applicants must demonstrate experience or an interest in rule of law and governance matters through past work or volunteer experience

3. Applicants must have sufficient proficiency in English

Rule of Law for Development MJ:

1. Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in an area of relevance

2. Applicants must be able to show a professional connection to the subject area through two years of professional experience; current employment in a closely related industry.

3. Also, documented evidence of academic and professional preparation shows an intention to pursue professional opportunities involving the rule of law.

4. Applicants must have sufficient proficiency in English.
