How to Study in Finland Without IELTS
In order to study at Finaldn without IELTS, students must demonstrate that they speak English well enough. Other than IELTS, students can apply to Finnish universities in the following ways:
- The student’s native language is English OR
- The previous academic degree of the student was taught in English at a university in the EU/EEA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or the USA. OR
- Students from Finland can also apply if only part of their previous academic degree was taught in English (English Proficiency Letter).
An English medium of study certificate can be provided by your previous educational institution.
At the time of admission, you must provide an English Proficiency certificate or Medium of Instruction (MOI).
Studying at a university that waives IELTS requires English proficiency as an alternative. Rather than submitting your IELTS scores.
