The award’s goal is to assist a deserving domestic or overseas student in pursuing this degree.
Benefits of Australian National University PhD Scholarship
1. Up to $20,000 ($5,000 per semester) paid over a maximum of two years full-time study.
2. Payment is made as a lump sum after each semester’s census date.

Requirements for Australian National University PhD Scholarship
The award is available each year to a prospective or current ANU student who:
1. Is a domestic or international student;
2. Receives an offer of admission or is currently enrolled in the Master of Science (Advanced) in Astronomy and Astrophysics;
3. Has achieved a minimum ANU GPA of 5.75/7.0 (or equivalent)* in their undergraduate degree or completed at least 24 units of a cognate Masters level degree program with a GPA of 5.75/7.0 (or equivalent).
